The Orbit Cyclone Speed Rope is easily adjusted in length. Once the cap is unscrewed, the small grub screw can be loosened to change length. The tool attachment is located at the end of the rope to avoid misplacement.
The tapered, ergonomic handles sit comfortably in your hand and are intended to give you extra grip. The rope has a small compartment inside where you can remove a 100g weight. Keeping the weight inside is a great way to give your workout a focus on shoulders.
